A couple of years ago I posted a recipe for Carmelitas. Don’t worry. I don’t expect that you saw it. In fact, it was so early on in my little blog’s life that there’s a fair chance only my hubby and Mum would have seen it! But it really is just the best recipe and so it seemed a shame not to recreate it and share it again!
There’s also two more reasons that I wanted to write ‘new & improved Carmelitas’ recipe. The first one is that the old photos are seriously horrendous. Shudder worthy, I tell you! And the second reason is because I always get emails off people saying they they love the old recipe but would like to make it in their Thermomix. And so, here are my ‘new & improved Carmelitas’… with slightly less horrific photos AND Thermie instructions. Whoop whoop!
